The Process

Cami's Paperie offers unique highly customized invitations that capture the essence and tone of your event. We use only the finest papers, embellishments and printers to ensure that each printed piece meets our very strict standards of quality.

How to Begin
With a consultation, either in our Virginia studio or over the telephone. We will discuss the look and feel you desire for your invitation suite. You are welcome to personalize a design from our online portfolio or we will create a custom design specifically for you. Cami's Paperie offers an extensive range of paper products to complement your event from Save the Dates to Thank You cards, to programs, table cards, menu cards and MUCH MUCH more.

Price Quote
Within 72 hours after the consultation, a detailed quote will be sent to you that describes price options for each printed piece. We will list each of the pieces we will be designing and printing for you, along with their price and details of piece. Delivery and printing time vary depending on the quantity and complexity of your suite. Custom designs can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for design and up to 3 weeks for printing and assembly.

Deposit, Wording
To begin the designing process, clients must provide a 50% non-refundable deposit and complete the client information sheet. At this time, it is also required that you provide the wording for your invitation suite via email. We are happy to assist with wording and proper invitation etiquette if desired. During the design process, paper colors and sizes will be determined. Once ordered, paper supplies may not be returned or exchanged.

Proofs
Proofs will be provided via email within seven business days of receipt of your deposit, client information sheet and wording. Up to 4 rounds of revisions are included in the pricing. There will be a $25 charge for each revision thereafter. Proofs must be very carefully reviewed for any spelling errors or typos. We will not print without your final, signed approval.

Upon Approval
We will print and assemble!

Delivery
The completed stationery suite will typically be delivered 3-4 weeks from the date of your final approval.
